Baron Ambrosia is the alter-ego of Bronx based underground filmmaker Justin Fornal. The character is a self-proclaimed ‘quaffer of culinary consciousness’ and travels around the world documenting lesser known cultures and cuisines. His show Bronx Flavor, a HUGE hit on BronxNet, highlights all the great eats up in this borogh.
This dude is so popular he has 2 sandwiches named after him! He will surely recur on our show! LOVE HIM!
