This is a funny story: we were shooting our 2nd day in Hell’s Kitchen when I recieved a direct message tweet from Hell’s Kitchen Pizza on 10th Ave saying “Hey,Toni we love your show, when you are in the hood, come by and try our mac n cheese pie!”. We were about to take Constantine Maroulis to The Edison DIner for a chit chat about his show (Rock of Ages), I called our Idol and said, Hey let’s go to Hell’s Kitchen Pizza instead. 10 minutes after the tweet were eating and shooting! Now that’s social networking!
That said, the pie was good! I actually had a slice with bacon on top as well. Like 3 meals in one. 3 different cheeses….yummy. I had a pie sent to my big boss at PIX who loved it, but she asked the inevitable question (after scarfin’ down a slice) , just how many calories are in that?!?!?

Toni, watching this segment has made me seriously jones for some mac & cheese pizza!!! OMG…. its just looks soooo scrumptious!!! I’m gonna have to try making some at home bcs my husband in a die hard pizza addict, and we don’t live in NY. But when we some to visit, we do plan on checking out Hell’s Kitchen Pizza!!
