When I think of change my mind just takes off in thought. I think about the challenges I’ll face, the efficiencies I’ll gain and most important the empowering feeling I have once I master it.
The Mommies had no real idea how this endeavor would impact their life. Total reinvention is upon them, and they are meeting it head on. Change is the scariest thing a person can go through and these women are doing it and dragging their families along.
They are reinventing their meals, some eat bad and some don’t eat, then they eat bad. Their routines have changed, the gym is part of the equation, they are letting their kids go to school with hair that’s not “perfect”, its beautiful.
They’ve prioritized themselves, they are reinventing their space and people, they are making everyone around them want it too. This week was great! Its amazing to watch their bodies transform but more satisfying for me to see their will, their drive and their tough like nails attitude, luv it! They have crossed over to my team, the team that embraces change, they are now….the Big Dogs!
