About one third of the way on your journey to reclaim your pre baby body it is important to remember that you have the power to mold yourself into the person you want to be. However this is not an easy thing to do as it requires a willingness to experience considerable discomfort and the drive to test your limits. To grow-both as a person and  as an athlete- you must embrace and accept discomfort as the necessary ingredient to achieve your goals.bob(now back to the blog!)
