When my PIX buddy Arthur Chi’en took me to Ping Seafood in Chinatown for Dim Sum, I was dreaming of shumia, and stuffed lotus leaves. Little did i know that what separates the proverbial men from the boys was the consumption of chicken feet, which, truth be told, looked a more like MONKEY PAWS! Them’s some BIG CHICKENS!
That said, I loved them. Salty sweet and fatty … a perfect trifecta if ever there was one!
