Crystal Week 10


Well we’re down to only two weeks and I’ve become so much stronger, not only at working out, but in all aspects of my life… With a more positive outlook on everything, that “I can do it” attitude spills over into my family life as well. When you put your mind to it, there’s absolutely nothing you can’t do! Working out has become second nature at this point. As I continue to eat right, workout, stay focused and disciplined, my dream for a new body is now my reality… Its truly challenging, but the results are great! Everytime I look in the mirror sometimes I can’t believe this is me… At a whopping 250 plus lbs, I didn’t realize how much weight I really put on. This is what I looked like this past summer…pre-bootcamp!

After training with Ray Wallace of Pedal NYC, becoming a member of Weight Watchers online and working out for a little over 10 weeks, this is in Spin Class on Tuesday Jan 2012

crystalDown more than 30lbs now, I feel so much lighter and a 1000% more active.With a workout regiment of 6 days a week and proper diet, you to can start your own journey to a brand new you… Trust me, you’ll be challenged mental and physical at every new plateau you hit. While I’m not 100 % there, I”ll be honest, its already in the bag… I have the power to change all things in my life, and here’s just the beginning…
