Dr. Bob Week 8


As New Years approaches and as you continue on your exercise and diet regimen in the service of reclaiming your probably body think of what you’ve accomplished thus far and feel proud. However, sometimes we reach a plateau where the progress we’d hope to make hasn”t been fully realized. Don’t despair as this is not uncommon, Think of what you’ve accomplished so far and recommit to your goals. Belief in yourself, patience and perseverance  are essential to keep you moving forward. You might think of a time in your life when you thought you couldn’t accomplish something and you were successful at doing so. Bring that experience with you now.   Right now, you have an opportunity  to see what you are truly capable of.  Seize the moment!!!! I  promise you that if you make a genuine effort to do so you will  reach your goals. Guaranteed!!!  Happy New Year. I hope that 2012 brings you success,peace and fulfillment
